Dry Age Meat
6HEAD, NSW

6HEAD, Sydney’s premium Modern Australian steakhouse reopens in the heart of the internationally famous and iconic location, Campbell’s Stores, Sydney Harbour in The Rocks.

To launch the reopening, the 6HEAD team introduces an innovative Dry Age Program of large premium steaks designed for sharing from bespoke Australian providores Collinson & Co and Tender Valley. The meat, a burst of deliciously intense beef flavours and softness that melts in your mouth for a transportative experience.

Marshaling cuts from The Dry Age Meat Program are the impressive 1 Kilo OP Rib Eye on the bone and Tomahawk, both dipped in rendered Wagyu fat and flavoured with Manuka honey, truffle, burnt leeks, or porcini. All large steaks from the Dry Aged Program perfectly suited for at least 3 people and if you are obsessed with meat, it’s recommended you share it with two people.

If you are inspired to experience 6HEAD’s dry age steaks, be prepared for the meat underneath to reveal itself, red, beautiful, moist and an introduction to something new and amazing!!

“The Bosphorus” pizza
The Moor’s Head, VIC

Named after the strait that separates Anatolia from Thrace, “The Bosphorus” has been a favourite at the Moor’s Head since we opened the doors 10 years ago. Our 48 hour fermented dough is shaped and topped with Garlic Prawns on a Tomato Sugo base, Turkish Black Pepper and finished with hand picked fresh Coriander. All of this combines to give you the freshness and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean. Included in Melbourne’s top 10 pizzas and one of our biggest sellers, it is definitely our favourite dish.

Victorian restaurants are currently unable to accommodate dine-in service due to lock-down restrictions. You can order from The Moor’s Head for takeaway service with your Gourmet Traveller Gift Card- please visit their website and call the restaurant directly for more information.
