To launch the reopening, the 6HEAD team introduces an innovative Dry Age Program of large premium steaks designed for sharing from bespoke Australian providores Collinson & Co and Tender Valley. The meat, a burst of deliciously intense beef flavours and softness that melts in your mouth for a transportative experience.
Marshaling cuts from The Dry Age Meat Program are the impressive 1 Kilo OP Rib Eye on the bone and Tomahawk, both dipped in rendered Wagyu fat and flavoured with Manuka honey, truffle, burnt leeks, or porcini.
