2. Margan Restaurant Hunter Valley
Seen as the pioneers of agri-dining in the Hunter Valley, Margan is committed to the ‘estate grown, estate made’ ethos. Menus are created and evolved around what they harvest from the one-acre kitchen garden and orchard to maintain a truly seasonal focus.

3. Peppermint Bay Restaurant Tasmania
Peppermint Bay is situated 40 minutes south of Hobart in the picturesque township of Woodbridge. The waterfront venue is nestled between breath-taking views of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel and the seclusion of the Huon Valley.
As a proud supporter of local produce, Head Chef Toby Annear uses only the freshest local ingredients to maintain a seasonal menu.
